  2. Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 7-12 days after dispatch ,ensuring prompt service.
  3. Unforeseen Circumstances: Occasionally, there may be delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as natural calamities or remote events. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused in such situations.
  4. Delivery Partner Responsibility: Please understand that any delays caused by our delivery partner are not within our direct control. However, we will do our best to coordinate with them on your behalf.
  5. Order Tracking: Rest assured, we will send you an email with tracking details so that you can stay informed about the progress of your order.
  6. Personalized Items: We understand that personalized items hold special meaning for you. Due to the meticulous customization process, these items may require additional time, up to 15 days, to ensure utmost care and attention to detail.
