Exchange policy 

  • We kindly inform our valued customers that product exchanges are available exclusively for cases where a product is found to be defective or an incorrect item has been delivered.
  • If you wish to exchange a product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • To initiate the exchange process, please send us a video while unboxing the product to help us better understand the issue.
  • We will arrange for a pick-up of the product within 2 days of the exchange request.
  • Once we receive the product, we will initiate the exchange process and dispatch the replacement product as soon as possible.

    Please note that the exchange policy is not applicable for customised products.

    Return policy

    We don’t accept returns . Products can only be exchanged as per the exchange policies mentioned above.
