Each Floristaa piece is handcrafted with care, making every creation truly unique. While your piece will closely resemble the images shown, slight variations may occur celebrating the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to accept cancellations.

What is your exchange or return policy?
Each piece undergoes careful quality checks before dispatch. We offer exchanges only if the product arrives damaged. Please share an unboxing video and notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Our Fairycore and Sakura collections are crafted from delicate resin and should be handled with care to preserve their beauty and longevity.

Do you offer customisation?
Yes, we offer customisation on selected designs. Simply choose your favourite piece, select the Custom option, and place your order. Our team will contact you within 48 hours. Custom pieces require 15–20 days for creation, followed by your approval before dispatch.

What is the delivery timeline?
Our standard delivery timeline is 7–10 days. Tracking details will be shared via email once your order is dispatched.
